Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting unfadedpakistan@gmail.com. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

• Fragrances may be non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons

• Sale items may have limited return eligibility

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 7 to 14 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued in PKR.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact support to arrange an exchange.
